Manufacturing Processes
- Frame Assembly: Firstly, cut the aluminum alloy right-angle frame, precisely cut it according to the designed size of the light box, and then closely connect each part of the frame through professional connectors or welding processes (depending on specific process requirements), ensuring that the right angles fit tightly to form a stable frame structure.
- Installation of Internal Components: Carefully place the light guide plate at the appropriate position inside the frame, then evenly distribute and fix the LED lights on the edge of the light guide plate or in specific light grooves, and then connect the transformer to ensure that the circuit is smooth and safe. After that, install the KT base plate flatly at the bottom to provide support for the entire internal structure.
